Sacred Rage 4 September

Rage is necesary, it is Human. 

It is often repressed, Misunderstood and shut down. 

Like this it festers, causing outbursts. Blame, violence, dis-ease, bitterness & resentfulness. 

Anger is our boundaries showing themselves. Our primal instinct telling us what we need, what matters to us and igniting fire to take action. 

It is time to heal our relationship with this potent emotion! 

It takes a lot of energy to repress the heat of Anger & Rage. Once we release & express it, we can tap into the dynamic, vibrant life force energy that is running underneath.

My own journey with Anger has been so revealing and allowed me to reclaim a huge part of my True Power & Sovereignity. 

I offer you tools, practices & an inward Alchemy journey; so that you can empower yourself with your own wisdom.

This workshop will give you tools to help you in your daily life. 

Our relationship with Anger is learned from family & society. It is often misunderstood, unprocessed, unexpressed. It is normal to feel angry, to get triggered when things don't go your way. This can be old survival triggers or valid boundaries that are being overridden. Often it feels beyond our control, often that is jsut a perception we have. 

How we navigate the heat is up to us. 

This event is for anyone who is curious about the power of Anger but also those who have come to fear the burning heat of Rage. In my experience, within the Rage lies great truth & passion. For me this is Sacred. 

This will be a safe sacred space to be ALL of you. 

Group process for Anger is amazing, enlivening and very healing.
