Sensual Sauna - yes please! 

A beginner friendly social evening of Tandava & Sauna. 

 

Combining two yummy pieces that promise to leave you feeling soft, light & resourced this full moon. Firstly, the welcomed heat of a sauna - specially timed at a full moon to catalyse release and surrender as we change seasons & secondly Tandava, an ancient practice of resting into your infinite being and tapping into the Bliss nature that is you. (this is an individual practice anchored around breath and slow movement)
